What is RAY?

RAY is the collaboration of three ASU students: Roshni Suresh Kumar, Andrea Yang, and Yuxin Liao. We are students of different backgrounds and disciplines, all with a focus on trying to help the world solve a problem for which we have a small but powerful solution. As a company, we are trying to implement a creative solution to the issue of shoe waste. We are not only concerned with waste in the process of making shoes, but also with the waste that occurs after shoes are worn and no longer working. Our business model aims to keep resources circular allows our shoes to last longer through an easy-to-repair solution that is built into the design.
